We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect
- Quote and contact requests: your name, email address, phone number and the details you give us about your yacht and the delivery (type, model, name, ports, dates, value and any message).
- Communication: the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and calls you have with us.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
- Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically logs technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and operation of the site.
Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To answer your request, prepare a quote and plan and carry out a delivery — necessary for steps before a contract and for the contract itself (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To run, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To send our newsletter — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep accounting records — a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We only share it when needed to provide our service: with the captain and crew assigned to your delivery, with our website hosting and email providers, and — only if you ask us to — with an insurance partner. Our hosting provider is based in the EU. Some files used by the website (for example fonts and code libraries) are loaded from external content-delivery networks, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
Cookies
The website uses only technically necessary cookies and similar browser storage, for example to remember that the welcome animation has been shown. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
How long we keep your data
Quote requests that do not lead to a delivery are deleted after a maximum of three years. Data related to a delivery is kept for as long as required by accounting and tax rules. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
