Every request is read by a delivery captain, not an automated system. Here is what happens once you press send:
- We review your vessel and route — type, size, current location, destination and preferred timing.
- We ask the right questions — usually by email or WhatsApp, about the boat’s condition, equipment and any deadlines.
- You receive a clear, itemised quote — skipper and crew fees, estimated passage days, and the expected extras such as fuel, marinas and travel.
- We plan the passage — crew matched to your yacht, a weather and route plan, and a pre-delivery checklist for you.
- We deliver and hand over — with regular position updates on the way and a proper handover at the destination.
